Common eBike problems and solutions

Just wanted to kick off a discussion about common eBike problems, specifically for us Specialized Turbo owners. I've been riding my Turbo Levo Comp for about a year now, mostly on trails and some urban commutes, racking up around 1500 miles. So far, it's been pretty solid, but I'm curious what issues others have encountered.

Have any of you experienced recurring problems with your Turbo bikes, like motor noises, battery degradation, or display glitches? And more importantly, what solutions did you find, either DIY or through a dealer? Would love to hear your experiences and tips!

Hey there! Great thread idea, especially for us Specialized Turbo folks. I've got a Turbo Kenevo SL, and thankfully, it's been pretty rock solid too, but I definitely hear you on the motor noise concerns. I had a slight creak develop around 1000 miles, which turned out to be a loose motor mount bolt that a quick dealer visit sorted out. For battery degradation, I've found keeping it between 20-80% charge when storing it long-term really helps prolong its life. What kind of motor noise are you hearing on your Levo?
