I've had a mixed bag with Aventon customer service, honestly. For general questions or minor issues, they've been pretty responsive via chat. However, when I had a more technical warranty claim, it took a while to get a resolution and required a few follow-ups. My advice is to be persistent and have all your documentation ready.
