Engwe Engine Pro - 500 mile review

by Updated Name2 months ago

Hit 500 miles on my Engwe Engine Pro. Overall impressed for a budget full-suspension eBike. The dual battery setup gives amazing range. Had one issue with the rear derailleur that I fixed myself. For the price, it's hard to beat.

Looking at Engwe bikes for my 12-mile commute. Considering the Engine Pro vs the X26. The X26 is cheaper but Engine Pro has better components. What would you recommend for daily commuting on mixed terrain?

Frustrating! I've been there. What fixed it for me: check local regulations - some trails don't allow eMTBs

Awesome to hear your Engine Pro is holding up well at 500 miles! That dual battery setup really is a game-changer for range on those budget full-sussers. Glad you were able to sort out the derailleur yourself – often those minor adjustments make a huge difference. Happy riding!
